VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT PLAN

While Midland-Guilford Cricket Club provides a representative pathway for talented players and coaches through premier cricket level our success is based on the committed and collaborative efforts of club volunteers.

The Committee drives volunteer engagement through a seven cycle process:

(1) Recruitment

(2) Placement

(3) Induction

(4) Training

(5) Supervision

(6) Recognition

(7) Replacement

The Tom Pivac-Ron Carey award is presented each season to the club person recognized as being the greatest club contributor throughout that season.

The club has a Volunteer Management Plan that is available by clicking on the pdf link (below). Crucially any persons wishing to provide some assistance to MGCC under the "We are Midland-Guildford" ethos should make contact with the club vis secretary@mgcc.com.au.
